The 3-question rule works well in some cases and not so well in other. For example, in the case of philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche who wanted us to believe that God was Dead and if you believed what he wanted you to believe then you would evolve into a Superman (Uber Mensch). What did it get this hero of evolution? Nietzsche died insane and was found kissing a horse in the middle of the street by a relative. He also became the hero of the German Nazi Fuehrer Adolph Hitler, because of the Superman concept. Nietzsche believed in social and human evolution and it did not seem to help him understand, or succeed in his own life. Hitler believed in evolution. Adolph Hitler murdered millions of Jews. The Nazi Fuehrer had a dream of a racially pure Germany that would put up with no Jews. By 1945 two out of every three European Jews had been killed. Jews were not the only group singled out by Hitler to forge his revolutionized, pure society. One-half million Gypsies, and 250,000 mentally or physically disabled persons also fell victim to Nazi genocide (evolution). Hitler believed in the evolution of a pure race. What did evolution get Hitler? He committed suicide in a hole dug deep in the ground (www.shoah.dk/Hitler). Hitler was a follower of Charles Darwin and Friedrich Nietzsche in both action and deed.
Jesus Christ explains how there are two kinds of people in this world. People created by God and people created by Satan. God knows those who belong to Him.

13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

Jesus claimed that there are two types of people in this world: the children of God, and the children of the devil. We spend considerable time on this very important point later in the book.
Study Shows Many Scientists Manipulate Results

Survey data collected from 1986 to 2005 revealed disturbing information about scientific reporting across a host of fields. Almost two percent of scientists personally admitted to having “fabricated, falsified, or modified data or results.”1 And when asked about their colleagues’ actions, the falsification figure jumped to 14 percent. Additionally, up to 72 percent perceived their fellow scientists as guilty of other questionable research practices. An analysis of the survey data published online in PLoS One concluded, “it appears likely that this is a conservative estimate of the true prevalence of scientific misconduct.”1 This study verifies the sentiment of the late evolutionary paleontologist Stephen Gould, who wrote in 1994, “The stereotype of a fully rational and objective ‘scientific method,’ with individual scientists as logical (and interchangeable) robots, is self-serving mythology.”2 In other words, scientists are human and capable of deception, just like people in any other field. The published analysis also found that medical and pharmacological researchers reported a higher rate of misconduct, “supporting fears that the field of medical research is being biased by commercial interests.”3 If commercial interests can encourage the manipulation of research data, then why not other ideological interests? There have been many examples where a “scientific” conclusion was more the result of evolutionary bias than it was a deduction from the data that was examined. Fossils such as Piltdown man, Java man, Nebraska man, as well as embryonic recapitulation, vestigial organs, and the supposed evolutionary behavior of the peppered moth, were all widely accepted evidence for evolutionary concepts until they were debunked by later research. These are historical examples of data manipulation to fit a preselected conclusion. Coupled with the find that “around 46 per cent [of scientists] say that they have observed fellow scientists engage in…presenting data selectively or changing the conclusions of a study in response to pressure,”3 they demonstrate the potential fallibility of scientists and their dependence, like all other people, upon starting assumptions in their interpretation of data

Dr. Lee introduced his presentation with a verse from Matthew 5:13-16. He pointed out that we are the salt of the world and Jesus Christ wants us to live salty lives (salt and light). He then exposed four ways through which we can become stronger salts and brighter lights. The four ways to become stronger salts and brighter lights are; live our faith even when it costs something, praying for people as if their life depend on it, helping people get pass their spiritual sticking points and talking spiritual risks to offer gestures of grace to others.

Lee learnt this when he was an atheist working as a legal reporter. He narrates a true story of a man called Ron. He was a psychopath and he mercilessly shot and killed a gentleman in the street. He then fled to Canada where he got a job where the business owners shared Jesus Christ to him. He repented and became a very committed believer. He spread the good news to many people. However, while he was doing very well as a Christian having truly converted, he felt that he was living a lie. He then went back to Chicago, went straight to the court to surrender himself and confess before the judge that he was guilt. As he apologized, Lee as an atheist legal reporter was attracted to Ron’s faith and started investigating more and then published an article about him. Lee asked Ron why he did this. Ron told Lee that Jesus Christ changed his life. The grace of God made him to overlook the cost of spending 20 years in jail but he surrendered himself to reconcile with society.
Marketing Strategies for Older Consumers

Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the literature for insights into marketing strategies that would successfully appeal to the perceptions and values of older consumers. “Older” consumers are the generations that include and precede the cohort known as baby boomers, with baby boomers being born between years 1946 and 1965. Traditional marketing strategies often rely on messages that seem to stereotype older consumers, emphasizing characteristics related to age, health, or social standing. Emerging marketing strategies recognize that older consumers may react negatively to the traditional message because their self-image may be quite different from the stereotypical image. Older consumers may react to the stereotypes as distortions of their identity. For many older consumers, the focus on chronological age has been replaced by an association with perceived age or subjective age that resonates with more youthful marketing messages. They may have a more positive response to marketing strategies that respect the roles of tradition and nostalgia, while connecting to a range of needs and values deemed relevant by today’s older consumers.

This article provides a framework for assessing student learning in a master’s in business administration (MBA) program. The Educational Testing Service (ETS) MBA major field test is the primary vehicle used to assess student learning in accounting, finance, management, marketing and business communication. This assessment plan illustrates an approach to program evaluation that builds on functional business concepts introduced at the course-level, that are reinforced and assessed in a capstone course. An excerpt of an MBA assessment plan is provided that includes student learning outcomes (SLOs), metrics, targets, findings, discussion of findings and action plans.

I am called JEAN MARIE VIANNEY HAKUZIMANA. I was born on 27th July 1972 in a poor family. My father was a carpenter and my mother was a farmer. I was born and raised up in Rwanda. At the age of seven, I didn’t start schooling like any other children due to the fact that my father was alcoholic and trouble maker in the family. Consequently, one day I found myself in the children correction center [Gitagata], where I began my primary education very late. Because of hunger and thirst of study, I didn’t waste my time, I remember that becoming the second or third in a class was chaotic and disaster for me. I was very ambitious and determined, and I wanted to become somebody in the future, unfortunately my dream was darkened and shattered after completing my primary school. Due to segregation and the politics of regionalism that had destroyed my country since 1957 until 1994 whereby 1.8 million Tutsi lives were innocently killed. I was not given a chance to further my secondary school. So, in 89s and 90s I joined a Baptist informal Bible College with intention of knowing English, Swahili and French. Simultaneously, I fell under a very powerful preaching sermon of Pastor Kazimbaya who went to be with the Lord. I got converted, and I received Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. Since then, I grew up in the things of God. I served God in different Churches: Nazarene church; Church of God [CEDACR]; Baptist Church; and Vineyard Church. I am married to one wife, and we are blessed with 6 children 3 boys and 3 girls. Now, I am a minister in” THE REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD- KIGALI RWANDA/EAST AFRICA”.
